50-year-old female presented with low back pain and left lower limb radiculopathy. MRI revealed lumbar degenerative disc disease with neural compression at the lower lumbar levels. Due to persistent symptoms and functional limitation despite conservative management, she underwent lumbar decompression and stabilization surgery, resulting in symptomatic relief and improved mobility.

An elderly woman presented with severe low back pain radiating to the left lower limb, affecting daily activities and mobility. Imaging showed lumbar degenerative pathology with instability, managed successfully with decompression and spinal fixation surgery.

A middle-aged female presented with lumbar pain and radicular symptoms unresponsive to conservative treatment. Radiological evaluation demonstrated degenerative lumbar spine disease, for which surgical decompression and instrumented fusion were performed successfully.

65-year-old patient with back pain, bilateral leg pain, numbness, and walking difficulty. MRI shows multilevel degenerative disc disease, broad-based disc bulges, and mild-to-moderate canal and foraminal stenosis, predominantly at L4–L5 and L5–S1. He underwent lumbar decompression and stabilization surgery, resulting in symptomatic relief and improved mobility.

64-year-old female with right lower limb radiculopathy and chronic low back pain. Imaging revealed multilevel lumbar degenerative disc disease with neural compression. Postoperative X-rays demonstrate long-segment posterior lumbar fixation with satisfactory implant alignment and spinal stabilization

72-year-old female presenting with chronic low back pain, bilateral lower limb pain, and difficulty in walking. Imaging demonstrated lumbar degenerative disc disease with canal stenosis and neural compression. Postoperative X-rays show posterior lumbar fixation with satisfactory spinal alignment and stabilization.
